Funeral services for Eldred Louise Irby Weatherford, 77, of Many, LA, will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Fort Jesup Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Penfield and Rev. George Treutlein and Judy Fair officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 5:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many LA.

Eldred Louise Irby Weatherford was born on Saturday, August 17, 1946 in Pleasant Hill, LA. She passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023 in Many, LA.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard James Irby; mother, Eldred Marie Dyess Irby; sisters, Margie Mae Rambin and husband Clifton Rambin; Glenda Gail Irby; Billie Jean Terrell and husband Kenneth Terrell.

She is survived by her husband, Claude Weatherford; sister, Judy Fair and husband Bill Fair; daughters, Annette Wyatt and husband Richard and Michelle Colston and husband Marty. Son, Christopher Gates and wife Amanda; stepdaughter, Sharon Burnaman and husband Rudie; stepson, Claude Weatherford, Jr. and wife Jennifer. Grandchildren, Terra, Chase, Tyler, Jax, Colby, Maci, Holdyn, Eric, Melissa, jennifer, Christopher and Shannon. Host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Pallbearers: Tyler Colston, Colby Gates, Jax Colston, Danny Veuleman, Bill Veuleman, and Tommy Hayes.
