May 4, 5:30 p.m.
Frank Davis, Dennis Downs, Marcelle Slaughter and Larry Ueckert were present with Randy Murphy absent. Secretary Mona Davis led the group in prayer, with Slaughter leading the pledge. Ueckert offered a motion to approve the agenda seconded by Downs. Minutes of the previous board meeting were approved as read on motion by Downs and second by Slaughter.
