Negreet High School junior Milton Houy has a gift for running. He has been running cross country and regular track since his freshman year. In the cross country event the distance is three miles of hills and valleys in any kind of weather.

The Zwolle High School 4-B basketball jamboree has been scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 28 at ZHS. The Florien Lady Blackcats will play the Negreet Lady Indians at 6 p.m, followed by the Zwolle Lady Hawks and Converse Lady Wildcats at 6:30 p.m.
