Julia “Beechie” Holman

Julia “Beechie” Holman, 80, died on Aug. 6, 2010, at her Zwolle residence.

She was born Oct. 20, 1929, in Bay Minette, Ala.

Services were held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 11 at Aimwell Baptist Church in Zwolle with Dr. Roy Taylor officiating. Interment followed at Aimwell Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, EJ Holman.

Left to cherish her memory are one son, Wendell Holman of Port of Spain, Trinidad; daughter, Linda Breazeale and husband, John, of Iota; brother, Donny Jordan of Rosepine; three grandchildren, Brent Holman and wife, Shannon, of Kansas; Stuart Holman of Houston, and Chris Breazeale and wife, Amy, of Iota; great-granddaughter, Piper Breazeale; three dogs, Sparkle, Ginger and Heidi; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers were Brent Holman, Stuart Holman, Bennie Primeaux, Jack Crain, Mike Walker, John Lombard, Luke Halpain and Jerry Price.
