Many mayor’s court issues numerous warrants, Aug. 9

Numerous warrants were issued during the town of Many’s Mayor’s Court on Aug. 9 with the Hon. Ken Freeman presiding.

Pleading guilty were:
--Lashay Nicole Beason; theft by shoplifting, first offense; $370;
--Joshua Keith Chance; speeding 10-15 miles per hour (mph) over the limit; $265;
--David B. Coke; speeding 10-15 mph over limit; $265; and
-- Charity Tanay Mitchell; speeding 10-15 mph over limit; $265.

Pleading not guilty were:
--Sunny M. Duncan; unnecessary noise/loud music; fined $595;
--Roland W. McClanahan; letting a disorderly place; fined $400;
--Ryan Noel McDonald; resisting an officer by flight; found not guilty;
--Robert Miller; disturbing the peace - all; trial set for Sept.; and
--Cedarious D. Williams; unnecessary noise/loud music; trial set for Sept.

The following received a continuance:
--Jerry D. Holtschlag; speeding 10-15 mph over limit;
--Clifton D. Williams; no driver’s license on person; and
--Early E. Wolfe; speeding 1-9 mph over limit and simple possession of marijuana.

Bench warrants were issued for:
--Breuclau M. Baker; no seat belt, first offense;
--Emily Brown, speeding 10-15 mph over;
--Cedric D. Burns; speeding 10-15 mph over and no driver’s license;
--Julia K. Bush; no driver’s license on person;
--Roger D. Bush; speeding 10-15 mph over limit;
--Dionne Carhee; simple possession of marijuana, forbidden entry, and theft by shoplifting first offense;
--Codey W. Colston; no driver’s license;
--Harold Ray Dew; no seat belt, first offense;
--Tyrone Dion Easily; unnecessary noise/loud music;
--Chasity C. Ezernack; speeding 10-15 mph over limit;
--Monica L. Gasaway; expired license plate;
--Patrick E. Greer; speeding 10-15 mph over limit and no driver’s license on person;
--Randall H. Hines; expired inspection tag;
--Andra L. Jackson; no seat belt, first offense;
