Friends of Rebel Historic Site to hold membership drive

The Friends of Rebel State Historic Site are proud to announce their annual membership drive, which will be held on Aug. 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the La. Country Music Museum.

The group is a non-profit organization that strives to promote the rich cultural heritage of country music through the La. Office of State Parks and La. Country Music Museum.

Members participate throughout the year in site-sponsored activities, fundraisers and music events held at Rebel State Historic Site, as well as raising community awareness about the cultural significance of the park.
