Dear fellow citizens,
For the uninformed, we offer this little bit of information regarding our neighboring state of Texas due west of us. It would be in your best interest to leave your tomahawk at home next time you travel there. We find an ancient law there, still in the active law books, that states it is against the law to have a tomahawk in your wagon or vehicle. The law is unclear as to whether it is OK to have it in a locked compartment in your wagon or vehicle, so we just leave ours at home when we travel there.
Apparently, the Comanche Indians made a lasting impression on the lawmakers there.
