Angels win All-Star tourney
The Sabine Angels won the District 7 All-Star tournament undefeated and advanced to the State tournament in Alexandria, LA July 17-21. Although unsuccessful in taking the state championship, the girls did a great job and showed good sportsmanship. The team, coaches and parents would like to say thanks to all of those that donated money to help make the trip to state possible. The Sabine Angels, kneeling from left are, Meghan Burkett, Megan Sistrunk, Sydney Anthony, Morgan Miller, Mallory Mitchell, and Karli McClelland. On the middle row left are, Emmy Hinds, Crishay Drew, Sassy Cox, Brittney Garcie, Dani Gowen, and RyLeigh Rutherford. Standing on the back row are Coaches Brian Miller, Trent Anthony, and Steven Burkett.
The current lake level for Toledo Bend reservoir is 164.33 The top of the power pool is 172 ft.msl and bottom of the power pool is 168 ft. msl.
