Larry Clifton, 38, was arrested for Speeding and Open Container by the La. State Police. He bonded.
Pquawn P. Moore, 22, was arrested for Resisting an Officer, Public Intoxication, Simple Assault, two Bench Warrants, and Battery of an Officer by SPSD. He remains in jail.
