Robert Lee Frisby, Jr., 40, was arrested for Possession of Schedule II and Failure to Signal by Zwolle PD. He remains in jail.
Sidney Y. Lucius, Jr., 39, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Battery and a Sabine Parish Bench Warrant by Florien PD and the Sheriff's Dept. He remains in jail.
