Leo Mitchell, Jr., 29, was arrested for Distribution of Schedule II and Schedule IV Drugs by Zwolle PD. He bonded.
Edward L. Callender, 23, was arrested for Failure to Drive to the Right, Suspension/Revocation of Driver's License, Possession of Schedule IV and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by the Sheriff's Dept. He remains in jail.
