Callie Lee family benefit set

A benefit singing for the family of Callie Lee, who is undergoing cancer treatments in Texas, has been set for May 22.

All are invited to come out and enjoy a barbeque dinner and singing featuring Downhome Bluegrass, Lee Eddie and the Bayou Bluegrass Boys and The Prospectors.

Eating starts at 4:30 p.m., while the music starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center.

For $6, one gets brisket, sausage, potato salad, beans, a piece of cake and drink. A kids plate with hot dogs, chips and drink will be served for $3.

There will also be a bake sale auction.

The current lake level for Toledo Bend reservoir is 164.25 The top of the power pool is 172 ft.msl and bottom of the power pool is 168 ft. msl.
