Wild Horse Ministries coming to area church

Paul Daily, founder of Wild Horse Ministries, has become a full-time horse trainer for the Lord.

Cenchrea Church of the Nazarene and Middle Creek Baptist Church will be hosting Wild Horse Ministries, Friday, March 26 at 6 p.m. on the Cenchrea Church grounds.

The public is cordially invited to attend. From the presentation of “the colors” to the “gentling” of a wild colt, it promises to be a memorable evening of fun and excitement for young and old.

Paul Daily is the founder of Wild Horse Ministries. Because of the training techniques he utilizes, he is sometimes called a “horse whisperer.” Daily has loved and worked with horses all his life. In early 1997 he was in the round pen working with a horse, when the Lord inspired or called him to take the lessons the horse was learning at that moment and relate them to man’s life lessons with Jesus Christ. This inspired Wild Horse Ministries.

During the first three years, demonstrations were given before almost 15,000 people in Louisiana and Texas. This non-denominational ministry was taken to churches, fairs, prisons and “anywhere they were invited.” In May of 2000 Daily became a full-time horse trainer for the Lord.

He does not “break horses,” he “gentles” them, with words and pats, until they let him bridle, saddle and ride them, all within two hours. Occasionally, Daily can get the horse to totally submit by lying down. He says the Lord has given him this ability and is using him to reach people who shy away from organized religion and church. As the horse submits to Daily’s ministrations, people submit to God’s.

“We have witnessed individual lives being changed because of their willingness to submit to Jesus Christ,” says Daily.

This event is free, however, a love offering will be taken for Wild Horse Ministries, which is a non-profit organization. Refreshments will be sold by Cenchrea Church youth group.
