Dear Editor,
There is no question on the U.S. Census form for 2010 that asks the simple, easy-to-answer question “Are you a U.S. Citizen?” It has been stated over and over, we are going to count everyone or certainly give it our best effort to do that. That means that anyone in this country illegally will be counted! Also, it means that anyone legally here, such as all officials at the Russian and Chinese U.S. delegation will also be counted. This is a slick back door scheme to give representation in the U.S. House of Representatives to tens of millions of people that are not U.S. citizens. What this will mean is that seven states will essentially control the United States of America based on their huge majorities in the House of Representatives. These seven states are Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.
Our Attorney General and Governor were asked to file a fast-tracked federal lawsuit in the Virginia Federal Court to require that the question “Are you a U.S. Citizen?” be placed on the 2010 census form. Now, it is too late. Both of these elected officials have failed to protect the citizens of Louisiana against this back door power grab. I would label one a liberal Democrat and the other a RINO (Republican in Name Only). I tremendously regret voting for Bobby Jindal.
Now, our only option is to file a lawsuit challenging the count of the 2010 census. Will this be done or even attempted? I do not know. I do know this, if it is not done, you can kiss goodbye to ever having a conservative majority in this country. What I have made you aware of is as serious as it gets. You could have a congressional district in California representing 300,000 people, where only 50,000 might be U.S. citizens.
Did these Louisiana elected officials live up to the oath of office they took to protect us against wrongdoing like this? In my opinion, absolutely not.
