Shawna Crochet of Florien, Louisiana passed away May 7, 2023, in a fatal car accident. She was born April 20, 1991, in Sulphur, Louisiana and moved to Florien in 2007. Shawna graduated from Negreet High School in 2010. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Florien, LA. The burial followed in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service.

Funeral services for Kenneth Gene Terrell, 82, of Pleasant Hill, LA, will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Rubin Weaver and Rev. Claude Weatherford officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 12:00 PM at Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Kenneth Gene Terrell was born on Tuesday, November 26, 1940 in Pleasant Hill, LA. He passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Mansfield Nursing Center in Mansfield, LA.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Jean Terrell; daughter, Elizabeth Shea Terrell; father, Floyd Lee Terrell; mother, Hazel Mae Terrell and his brothers, Floyd Lee Terrell, Jr. and Bobby Ray Terrell.

Funeral services for Kathryn Ann Leone, 67, of Many, LA, will be held on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Keith Garvin officiating. Burial will follow in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at 5:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Zwolle LA. A Rosary will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday.

Kathryn Ann Leone was born on Wednesday, February 1, 1956 in Mansfield, LA. She passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Claiborne Memorial Medical Center in Homer, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Huey P. Harper and Bobbie Jean (May) Harper; brother, Ben George Harper; husband and friend, Roger Dale Leone; brother-in-law, Dr. Jack Corley; father-in-law, Herman Leone; paternal grandparents, Rhee Roy and Stacie Harper and maternal grandparents, George Mac and Della Claybrook May.

Funeral services for Mary Francis Falcon, 79, of Shreveport, LA, will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Toledo Bend Church of Christ with Rev. James Tidwell officiating. Mary Francis Falcon was born on Wednesday, December 29, 1943 in Natchitoches, LA. She passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Toledo Nursing Center in Zwolle, LA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Odell Falcon, Sr; parents, J. W. Ferguson and Ada Bell (Ammons) Ferguson and her brother, Donald Ferguson.

Carmen Swindoll, 90, of Ebarb, Louisiana entered into her Heavenly home on Friday, May 5, 2023 at Sabine Retirement in Many, Louisiana. She was born in Ebarb, Louisiana to Lucy (Procell) Castillo and Beto Castillo on January 14, 1933.

A visitation will be held for her at Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, 9891 Texas Highway, Many, LA 71449 on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a rosary beginning at 6:30 p.m. led by Mrs. Ione Durr. Her funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. also in the Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in St. Ann’s Catholic Church Cemetery in Ebarb, Louisiana.

Memorial services for Odis Clayton Faust, Jr., 75, of Many, LA, will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Many Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Daniel Lowe officiating. The service will be streamed on Facebook by the Many Church of the Nazarene. A time of visitation with the family will be held beginning at 10:00 AM. A reception and visitation will be held in the fellowship hall immediately following the memorial service for all family and friends.

Odis Clayton Faust was born on Monday, September 15, 1947 in Many, LA. He passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 at his residence in Many, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Odis Clayton Faust, Sr. and Doris (Stewart) Faust; brother- in-law, Rod Hopkins, sister-in-law, Janet Fowler, and brother-in-law, Dooley Fowler.

Sharon Bridges 74 of Zwolle, Louisiana passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 26, 2023.

She was born to William Fisher Isgitt and Dovie Isgitt on July 8, 1948. She is preceded in death by both her parents and one sister Peggy Isgitt Smith. She is survived by her longtime companion Robert Luttrell of Zwolle Louisiana, Lisa Blaser and husband Nate of Fort Worth Texas, Natalie Kinnee and husband Erick of Fort Worth Texas. Grandchildren Caleb, Isabell and Kendall, Brothers Lee Raymond Isgitt and Scott Isgitt of Many Louisiana.

Sharon, affectionately known as Susie was a lifelong resident of Sabine Parish. She graduated from Many High School in 1966 and was an avid square dancer, loved camping, traveling, fishing and spending time with her family and friends. The life she led was that of a great friend to many, amazing mother and grandmother.

Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday May 6th 11:00 at Warren Cemetery in Many Louisiana.

Funeral services for Martha Jane Eason, 69, of Many, LA, will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Forsythe and Rev. Spencer Lovitt officiating. Burial will follow in the McCormic Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 5:00 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Martha Jane Eason was born on Monday, September 7, 1953 in Shreveport, LA. She passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023 at her residence in Many, LA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Eason; father, R. L. Tyler; mother, Ethel Tyler; brothers, Robert Tyler and Clayton Tyler; sisters, Mary Chreene and Elizabeth Stegall.

She is survived by her son, Nathan Eason and wife Leeora Eason; three grandsons: Dakota Eason and fiancé Beth Hill, Trace Johnson and Mason Eason; four great grandchildren: Lexy, Lessie, Bobby, and Monroe; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Karen Brandon went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday April 12th at age 63.

A native of Ebarb, La., she graduated Ebarb High School, later received a degree in accounting. She was retired from SporTran in Shreveport, La. Karen loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, T.J and Pearl Meshell, and her sister Gail.

She is survived by her former husband, Tim Brandon Son, Derrick Brandon and wife, Shelby, sister, Nelda Martinez, husband Scotty, sister Cheryl Raney, husband, Jody.

George Raymond Nette, 91, went to be with his heavenly father, Saturday, April 8, 2023 at his home in Lewistown. It was exactly what he prayed for when the time came for God to call him home.

George was born May 17, 1931 in Many, Louisiana to Jimmie Paul and Mary Josephine (Moore) Nette. He graduated from Many High School.
